Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tbs. coffee liqueur, or strong brewed coffee
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars together. Beat in the eggs and coffee liqueur.
In a seperate mixing box, stir the dry ingredients together and then beat them into the wet ingredients.Stir in the chocolate chips.Bake for about 9 minutes.
