Mint Julep


  • 4 mint sprigs, rough chopped
  • 2 ½ oz. bourdon whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 1 oz. of water


In a low-ball glass, muddle the mint, simple syrup, and water together using a spoon or a muddler. Add the bourbon and fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice.
