January 2015 Winner Fireball Cheesecake Shots


  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • (2) 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 4 oz cinnamon whiskey


Stir graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine cherry pie filling and two shots of cinnamon whiskey and stir well. To create the cheese cake filling, blend cream cheese and lemon juice together until smooth. Add in cream, whiskey and white sugar. Blend until smooth. Crust: Add 1-2 tbs of graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each shot glass. Filling: Place enough cream cheese mixture to fill each shot glass ¾ full. Place 1 tbs cherry pie filling on top and place in refrigerator to chill. Makes approximately 30 shots.
