Ingredients
- Two 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans (16 oz each) chili beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 pkg (11.5 oz) hickory smoked seasoned pulled pork
Directions
Bring ingredients to boil in sauce pan. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve on a toasted bun of your choice.
