April 2015 Recipe Winner Mojito Bash


  • 2 bunches of mint (finely chopped)
  • 4 cans frozen limeade
  • 1 liter light rum
  • Soda water


Mix mint, limeade and rum together in a gallon pitcher.  Place in freezer.  When  chilled, fill a tall glass 1/2 full with ice.  Add in equal parts soda water and mojito mixture. Top with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
