Smoky Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon scotch
  • 1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 shakes Tabasco
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled

Directions

Stir the sour cream, mayo, scallions, Worcestershire, scotch, blue cheese, black pepper and Tabasco until blended. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or up to 2 days to let the flavors develop. When ready to eat – sprinkle bacon on top and enjoy
