Ingredients
- 1 oz peach liqueur
- 1/4 oz lime juice
- 1 medium kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 1.5 oz dry sparkling wine
- 1.5 oz vodka
Directions
Combine peach liqueur, lime juice and kiwi in a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle all ingredients. Add vodka and ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Add sparkling wine and stir.
