Bourbon Smoked Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Two 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans (16 oz each) chili beans
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 pkg (11.5 oz) hickory smoked seasoned pulled pork

Directions

Bring ingredients to boil in sauce pan. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve on a toasted bun of your choice.
